Reaching the Store by Email
Welcome to Campus Willow Boutique, an affordable casual shop for everyday outfits. The store is contacted by email, and you can write with questions about sizing, orders, shipping or returns.
Contact is by email. Fixed customer-service hours or continuous live support are not advertised. Messages can be sent at any time and are handled as they are reviewed.
What to Include for Helpful Replies
To help identify an order, it is useful to include the order reference or other proof of purchase along with the product name and a short description of the question. Photos that show a delivery concern can also be helpful when available.
The aim is to reply within 2 business days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed response deadline, and complex enquiries may take longer. If no reply has been received, check the spam folder and follow up in the same email conversation.
